Vickie’s Caterer, Event Planning & Invitations Specialist Corporation is a full service event design business specializing in all segment of coordination and planning for corporate events and conferences. Our services are inclusive of location reconnaissance, destination management, meeting production, audio/visual, music/entertainment, stage sets, floral and décor, catering, staffing, travel staffing, security, city permits, subcontracting, insurance, and legal services.
We can offer full service planning or specific requested areas only. With over 15 years of experience in event design and catering, VEPC is also available as consultants to advice on your programs.
Our corporation has produced events worldwide with capacities ranging from 10 - 1,500 guests. Client references are available upon request.
A special feature VEPC offers is the scouting of locations, which can be difficult in any country or city. We have had the opportunity to work in Caribbean island of Jamaica at an exquisite outdoor location. This kind of service will save you hours of research, time and money.
